As an athlete, years ago I had the opportunity to train with a high-performance triathlon squad with the guidance of the Olympic coach Barrie Shepley. This experience gifted me with the opportunity to observe and know what nutrition protocols work optimally for those athletes that are looking to increase their performance.
Year later, thanks to my intensive and diverse studies in the nutrition fields at both a scientific and holistic level, I have been able to polish those nutrition protocols that I teach to my clients.
